Stanfield Vibrators unload rail cars faster, cleaner, quieter and with less labor.  The Stanfield Portable Hydraulic Rail Car Unloading System consists of two parts, the Hydraulic Vibrator and the Portable Hydraulic Pump Unit.  They are easy to operate ... just mount the vibrator, clamp the feet, plug in the pump unit and empty the rail car.  The system is portable and easy for one person to handle.  It is powerful, quick to mount and disconnect and is reliable, safe and quiet.  It is low maintenance and eliminates demurrage costs.

Stanfield Hydraulic Vibrators unload the following materials with ease (even if frozen or with moisture present): Coal, Sand, Clay, Salt, Lime, Wood Chips, Sodium Nitrate, Gypsum, Grains, Flour, Stone, Gravel, Pumice, Cement, Asphalt, Iron Ore, Pot Ash, Bauxite, Borax, Chemicals, etc.

Stanfield Portable Hydraulic Pump Units are portable with 25 foot hydraulic hoses for attaching to the vibrator.  Transportation of the pump unit is easy with 16" pneumatic tires.  The pump unit is well balanced and narrow for entering door openings for storage and working space.  Standard units are 230/460V 3-phase, with 550V available on special units.  Just clamp the hydraulic vibrator to rail cars, bins, silos, chutes, conveyors, etc, run an extension line to the pump unit, plug it in and go to work.

The unit is engineered and designed for easy maintenance with sliding side panels that open for complete accessibility.  The hydraulic tank is removable for cleaning.  There is even a bar across the rear of the pump unit for clamping the vibrator to when not in use.
