The Stanfield Pronged Sphere and Pyramid Internal Vibrators are compact units that solve all bridging, ratholing and clinging material problems, easily breaking up even frozen material.  Move from silo to silo for cleaning of occasional material hang-ups if there are many silos and cost would prohibit purchase of units for each silo, or hang units in silos permanently and activate with a limit switch or a timer for a complete automatic material moving solution.  The units require no welding of wear plates, channels or reinforcing of cones, bins, or silos and cause no sparks or noise outside the cone, bin or silo.

The Pronged Sphere or Pronged Pyramid Internal Vibrators are easy to install, are rugged and completely versatile.  The units hang by a cable through the manhole in the top of the cone, bin or silo or any available opening, so no holes cut in the cone, bin or silo are required. 

These vibrators are fabricated of ruggedly constructed steel.  They have adjustable eccentrics, a reversible motor and have no high cost replacement parts.  The power force of the units is also adjustable.
